I have a question regarding protein powder. I know a lot of people use it or add it there meal. I was wondering if there is a benefit to using protein powder over eating say a piece of chicken or salmon? Which is better for the body soy or whey? Is it necessary to supplement a diet with protein powder? I have heard that protein powder isnt completely broken down in the body… is this true?
